Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team! If you have a strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual flow, we’d love to work with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos for social media, promos, events, and digital platforms
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, and basic color correction
- Collaborate with the team to bring ideas to life
- Deliver high-quality content within deadlines
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Premiere Pro / After Effect / DaVinci
- Understanding of pacing, transitions, and storytelling
- Editing long-form video content
- Adding captions, smooth transitions, and basic motion graphics
- Refining edits based on feedback and revisions
- Attention to detail and creativity

Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who will lead business development efforts in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and capable of identifying opportunities in the corporate, education, NGO, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients for video, branding, and promotional services
- Pitch GR8DESIGNS’ capabilities with confidence and clarity
- Build strong local networks and explore institutional partnerships
- Prepare and present proposals and service plans
- Coordinate between clients and the creative team to ensure project success
- Organize local outreach campaigns, meetings, and activations
What We’re Looking For
- 3-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably media or advertising)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Understanding of the Jamshedpur market and business environment
- Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of creative services and video production is a plus
