Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who will lead business development efforts in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and capable of identifying opportunities in the corporate, education, NGO, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients for video, branding, and promotional services
- Pitch GR8DESIGNS’ capabilities with confidence and clarity
- Build strong local networks and explore institutional partnerships
- Prepare and present proposals and service plans
- Coordinate between clients and the creative team to ensure project success
- Organize local outreach campaigns, meetings, and activations
What We’re Looking For
- 3-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably media or advertising)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Understanding of the Jamshedpur market and business environment
- Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of creative services and video production is a plus
